What to Expect

Here are a few things that you can do and bring that will make your
experience more enjoyable.

Wear long pants that can take a slide in dirt and not rip on sticks
and twigs. In other words, wear something you dont mind putting
through a lot of abuse. Shorts and short sleeve shirts are not recommended.

High top shoes or hiking boots are highly recommended. Anything
with good ankle support will work great. Army boots are not
recommended and can slow you down.

A towel is a good thing to bring along to wipe off a hit and clean gear.

A baseball cap worn backwards will help the mask fit better and
take the sting out of head shots.

Gatoraid and bottled water are a great idea to bring along. If you
bring a lunch, keep it small so you dont get sick. Drink plenty of
water the night before. Keep in mind you will sweat off water the next day.

Bring gloves as they will protect your hands from hits.

Alcohol is not permitted on th eproperty, even if you are not playing.

Keep your valuables at home. We are not responsible for
lost or stolen property.

The referees will be available to you throughout the entire day to
remind you of the safety rules and to assist you with your equipment.
Please feel free to ask questions of our staff. We take safety
very seriously. Remember, we want to maximize the fun and minimize
the safety risks and we need you the player to be active in that regard.
